Doctors say they are ‘too BUSY’ to look after dying patients because of growing workloads and funding cuts

The findings of a new survey done by the Royal College of General Practitioners, quizzed 1,000 GPs across the UK.

Medical professionals are blaming growing workloads and funding cuts for being too busy to provide quality end-of-life care.

The research also found 62% of doctors feel there’s insufficient community support available to terminally ill patients and their families, because of a lack of funds.
