Inquest delay for Worcestershire teeth removal woman

An inquest into the death of a disabled woman who died after all her teeth were removed has been delayed for 10 months.  Rachel Johnston collapsed soon after being discharged from Kidderminster Hospital in 2018.

A pre-inquest review heard proceedings needed to be put back because there were a number of prison deaths that had to be investigated first.

The inquest has now been set for 22.06.2020,
