A care home on the outskirts of Bath was told it ‘Requires Improvement’ for the second year.
Newbridge Towers, on Newbridge Hill, in the Weston area, required improvement to the service’s safety, its effectiveness, its responsiveness and leadership. It was rated good for its caring service.
In CQC’s report, its inspector wrote that there were five breaches of The 2014 Health and Social Care Act Regulations (HSCA) at the care home.
The CQC is now considering the “appropriate regulatory response” to resolve the problems it found.
