The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse has re-launched a public awareness campaign to ensure victims and survivors of child sexual abuse can be heard at the Truth Project.
This campaign was created after consultation with victims and survivors, and aims to encourage people to share their experience in writing, on the phone or in person, as well as create a public discussion around the impact of child sexual abuse.
The awareness raising campaign comprises TV, press and radio advertisements and will run from 06.01.2020 until the end of March.
The advertisement shows blank speech bubbles floating above people in locations across England and Wales, representing the difficulties many victims and survivors face in talking about their experiences of child sexual abuse.
Over 4,000 experiences have now been shared with the Truth Project.
